Location

Either: From Yelverton turn right past the entrance to the car park and proceed down Meavy Lane.  Opposite the tennis courts turn left and follow the narrow country lane until you reach Meavy village green.  Here you will see the Royal Oak Inn on your left.

Or: Take the B3212 from Yelverton to Princetown and turn right at Dousland (by the Burrator Inn). Continue straight on through Dousland and on into Meavy. Follow the road round to the right past Meavy Primary School, along the narrow lane past the cottages and emerge at the village green. Here you will find the Royal Oak Inn on the north side of the green, next to the parish church and opposite Meavy Parish Hall.
